No Personal information is retained on the database and therefore not stored in any backups.
This is purely to get in contact with you where interest has been expressed. If you become a student this information is used to keep you updated and to take a register. We like to add students on Facebook as this means we can post important information, training videos and other useful and relevant materials.
How long for?
We keep some records for as long as the HMRC requires it, i.e., payment information, kit purchases etc. If you are no longer training with us your data is deleted.
We use encryption on the domain and mail servers, the website is regularly maintained and updated so as to keep it secure. No data is kept on the database. We employ firewalls and endeavour to keep the website as secure as possible by keeping all plugins and components up to date. We also ensure that passwords are as secure as possible using a combination of upper and lower case letters and special characters.
