What to do next? Take the blue or the green pill

If you are self motivated committed individual who wants to learn new skills with like minded people. Your willingly to invest your time to progress your goals. Then KAPAP will be right for you - choose green.

Find it difficult to stick at things. Unable to commitment as I have so many other things going on please choose blue.

Do nothingapply

I have been learning martial arts since the age of 7 and KAPAP is the most simple and realistic form of style I have studied. It’s based on the principles of being able to defend yourself now and not in 5 years time after several belts using logical drills that work. Modern life has shown us that the need for more realistic defence systems has increased and instructor Brett Mackenzie is at the forefront of this creating a very enjoyable class.
