Although the majority of people who live in a civilized society with experienced and organized law enforcement, we can’t assume that we’™ll be protected by the police. What if someone grabs me by the arm? “Your mind is a computer and will instinctively go to the fight-or-flight file if you’re threatened in a dangerous situation, if you have nothing in there, you are going to freeze and do nothing to protect yourself. Prepare your mind by thinking things through.
