Best self defence class I have experienced, after ten years as a martial artist & European medals in sparring I thought I knew defence, but you soon realise the traditional martial arts cannot defend you in most instances of everyday life that you may come across so this was the perfect addition to my set of skills to build confidence and feel safe, it is friendly and welcoming to all kinds of people and I’ve made a lot of great friends there! Definately worth checking out if you want to get fit, learn defence and have fun doing it!
