Self defence seminar with Alex Mair Royal Marine unarmed combat instructor
Self defence – keeping it super simple
I’m please to announce a friend of mine Alex Mair ex Royal Marine unarmed combat instructor has offered to host a seminar 13th February.
Alex is a third generation down from the original Fairbairn Sykes system that was taught in the second world war to British Commando units and the SOE (Special Operations Executive) that were sent to occupied France to gather intelligence and work with French resistance groups. The taught were used to get effect, we know they work. Simple and super efficient!
Alex has expressed he wishes to keep the combative side alive and is travelling down especially from Scotland to work with us. He’s a top guy and I have worked with him on a couple of survival courses and he is one of the few that I can say is the real deal. This is an ideal course for anybody who wants to learn some quick and dirty self defence. I would highly recommended this for females too, so please don’t regard this as a male orientated event.
Venue will be confirmed shortly and you will need to book in advance.
