We don’t dress ourselves up as a self defence fitness for fun group. We are here to teach you how to fight, full stop. We don’t teach multiple techniques as a form of entertainment, we focus on what is important and work on core skills and solid principles. The reality of violence (HAPV – Habitual Acts of Physical Violence) is that it can and will catch you out when you’re least prepared. So conditioning one’s mind is essential for an effective outcome.
HAVE A PLAN, BE PREPARED
Now, firstly I’m not encouraging or provoking paranoia. We will teach you to have a prepared mind, giving you some important SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that will keep you from harm’s way. What to do during a home invasion, a street robbery or an unexpected unprovoked attack. Simple rules / principles that will keep you and your family safe.

Brett’s approach is great. He has a wealth of experience; is open, engaging and has real care for his students. There are many KAPAP / Krav Maga clubs out there, but you’ll find very few that keep it as real, practical, immersive and integrated as he does. It has my full recommendation.
