We’re pleased to announce we will be having Russell Jarmesty visiting March 19th for an one day open self defence seminar in Norwich.
Russell worked for 15 years in the violent world of door work and utilised his martial arts train a combination of JuJitsu and Karate. Due to his experience on the doors is art is based on survival and what he teaches is now simply called Jarmesty Martial Arts (JMA).
He teaches over 200 students week in and week out ranging from kids to grandmas, security staff, prison staff, teachers and accountants. He has the same beliefs as myself, everybody has the right to train without exception.
He’s very passionate and loves teaching and that’s why he is a must on the bucket list for 2016. Very gritty, honest and upfront training that will get you home safely. Really looking forward to having him down.
